Description

Please join CU Law’s Construction & Real Estate Law Association (CRELA) for its first Construction Law Conference. This student association is proud to present a half-day of learning and connecting with members of the construction industry community. The event will be primarily for the educational benefit of contractors and subcontractors and their corporate counsel within the industry, but owners, lawyers, students, and all others interested are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Colorado Attorneys and Judges: This event has received Supreme Court accreditation for four (4) CLE General Credits.

Online registration and payment are required– You Will Not Be Allowed To Attend Without Registering. This is a law school requirement.

* The Conference is free to 25 students. Students must still register online to be admitted.

3:45 pm – Panel Presentation: Mr. Holt, Mr. Sarkissian, and Mr. Greenleaf will be joined by Mr. Zieglowsky, Esq., Kevin P. Walsh, Esq., and Michael C. Zehner, J.D. Candidate 2017, for a panel discussion on legal topics in the construction industry from senior, midlevel, and entry legal perspectives. Mr. Zieglowsky will lead discussion, and discuss the AAA’s role in construction disputes. - Rick Zieglowsky

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes. Please bring a valid driver's license in order to attend the reception. Because alcohol will be served, this is a campus policy.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking permits will be issued to attendees at the entrance to lot 470 beginning at 11:00 am the day of the event. Please follow all parking attendant and permit instructions, and only park in lot 470, 402, or where instructed by parking attendant. CRELA will not be responsible for ticketed vehicles.
